Edit patient profile information from portal account

Clinic sees many allophone patients, making it hard for the secretary to enter patient information (name, email address, health card number (only numbers in NB) without mistakes. Estimates having 6000+ patients at the clinic.

Allowing patients to edit any mistakes in their portal account would reduce administrative work.
