Ontario Clinic-- Calendar Appointment pop-up to include a "Biopsy" checkbox just like the "Paid" box

Would like to have the option of ticking Biopsy with a specific Icon that would show on the appointment in the calendar when doing so. Same principle as the "Paid" option to select in the Appointment pop-up box (see attached)
