Maxime: Adding a mobile app would remove the need to use a browser to access the portal and thus remove the issue of clients not finding the URL.
Wesley Recommendation: if possible, encourage clients to have their own clinic website and publish link of Patient Portal there. Patients will remember which physician they are seeing and will access their clinic website.
