Task affected: The client would like to have all the replies within the same task to be presented in one view, instead of creating "new" separate tasks" with each reply.
Impact: According to the client, this improvement would reduce the number of clicks and time and effort to manage the tasks.
Current state: The client has to navigate between different lines of tasks, even it is different replies to the same original task.
Competition consideration: The client would like to have a similar approach as in his previous EMR CHR Telus.
