DSQ: synchronizing patients automatically and not being obligated to be in a note when importing activation

A urologist (Dr Dufrene) at cliniqueslacroix think it would make her work faster (less clics) if patients were all synced automatically to the DSQ. She would also like to be able to import meds without creating a note. The nurses import the medication and she thinks it creates unecessary notes in the file
