Add the "SUITE DE RAPPORT" (AH-600) form to the note printing option

Task affected:

• Printing option in the generated note

Impact:

• According to Dr Frederick Fortin, this would be very useful when they see patients again in the emergency room and want to print a follow-up note to add to the initial emergency note. It would make the archivists' work easier when digitizing.

Current state:

• The form is not available in CareWay
