Current state:
If a user forgets to add a vacation responder themselves, the admin cannot do it for them
+ display this same vacation responder message if a user is trying to contact these accounts through External Communications.
+1 for COMTL.
COMTL has many accounts that are used as generic calendars only (ex. Blood Procurement).
These accounts are never accessed by an actual employee.
To prevent tasks from being sent to these accounts by mistake and never being checked, it would be beneficial if Admins can manage the vacation responder from the Admin tab (ex. copy the same generic message to each account, or even personalise the information).
We are currently getting our Onboarding Coordinators to push the following message to these accounts, as it would not be feasible to have the client log on to each account and set up email + MFA before being able to insert this vacation responder manually for 100+ accounts.
