Add a filter option to display patient's email in the calendar

Task affected: viewing providers calendar in MYLE

Impact: It would allow users to contact patient more easily.

Current state: There is only a filter to display the phone number of the patient, and users need to click on the appointment or the patient's name to get the email info.
