Clinical Notes with more than one User in; Ability for a user to lock the information he/she added so that when a new user steps in, they cannot alter/remove what the other users already wrote in note. Kind of a semi-approved/lock-in. (we suggested for those instance, it is best to open and close/approve notes for each individuals so the next user open it's own notes) but still wanted to send in this potential improvement.
