User guide in patient portal does not reflect Clinic's features/option

Currently the User guide in patient portal is generic for all features. Client wishes to have one that respect's clinic's configuration (for example they did not choose to allow patients to cancel appointment through portal but this information shows in the Guide, hence they got an argument with patients because of this and could have more in the future)
