Obtaining a visual confirmation that the communication has been opened by the recipient.

Impact:
There is currently no way for senders to confirm whether the recipient has seen and opened the message they sent.

Current State:
Users may need to send a follow-up message to the recipient to confirm receipt and opening of the original communication, in order to have documented proof.
