When we print a patient's appointment history and they have a lot of appointments, the appointment details do not fit on the paper size and the last appointment on the page is cut off. If we change the print settings to adjust the size, nothing happens. Some clients (GMFUJR) give this list to their patients and find that the layout is not easy for clients to understand when it is cut off.
Also, they would like to be able to select which appointment to print (as not the canceled ones if there is any) for the same reason : they give this list to the patient.
