Patient file - PRINTER - Being able to see the name of the clinician who wrote the note or filter through the dented wheel

This was requested by a secretary at cliniqueslacroix.

They often have to fax notes of a specific doctor (transfer of a file) to an external third party. However, when multiple professionnals wrote notes in the same file, it is hard to see from the Printer which ones have to be selected and every note has to be verified and opened.

The secretary suggested adding an option to filter by clinician in the dented wheel of the printer, or display the clinician's name on the note so they can find them faster.
