Users who manage appointments, mostly MOAs
Task affected:
Knowing the original date and time of a modified appointment
Impact:
Users would easily know why, for example, an appointment booked from the portal found itself in a time slot not available on the portal. It was moved by someone at the clinic.
Current state:
The logs just tell you the new status of the appointment, and not the original date and time it was moved from. Users end up calling support because they think there was a bug.
Competition consideration:
Our client says that in other EMRs you would see the time and date the appointment was moved from (forgot to ask which EMR sorry)
