Invite patient to accept a proposed appointment time

As an MOA, I do not want my patients to only have the option of booking appointments through the portal, as many of them are elderly and have difficulty booking appointments independently.

I want to be able to propose an appointment time to my patients via email (portal), so that they can confirm the appointment. If they want to refuse the appointment, they need to call the clinic to do so.

In the EMR, I want to be able to see if :

• The patient has confirmed the offered timeslot

• The offer is awaiting response

• There are timeslots still available
