• Clinicians who use bidirectional messages with patients

Task affected:

• Receiving patient replies

Impact:

• The client would like to be able to reduce the number of Messages Remaining, in the case she mistakenly increased it.

Current state:

• There is no option to reduce the count of Messages Remaining, so any increase made is permanent
