RESULTS: Add an option to send a task directly from unlinked patient results, including a link or automatically populated information to help locate the result in the RESULTS tab.

Health professionals who receive results and need to send tasks to administrators or MOAs for unlinked patient results.

Creating a task related to unlinked patient results.

Increased time and number of clicks required to create a task for unlinked patient results.

Current state:
When users receive unlinked patient results in MYLE, they must notify a member of their administrative or MOA team so they can either contact the lab to report the error or create a patient file and link the result.
Currently, from the unlinked patient result, users must leave the RESULTS tab, navigate to the COMMUNICATIONS tab to create a new task, and switch back and forth between the result and the task to copy/paste the necessary information so the agent can locate the result and take the appropriate actions.
