Notifications: Users would like the portal to offer the ability/option of sending reminder notifications to patients who have not consulted messages or documents shared to their portal account.

Mrs Michelle Neher says she submitted this idea because the staff of the clinic does not have time to babysit the patients, in terms of their use of the portal. The would like to have an optional feature with the portal, where they could set a delay, after which, if a patient has not consulted the message on document shared to his portal account, he gets a reminder notification via email & or SMS, depending on the type of notifications they already have activated for appointments. This would same the MOA's a considerable amount of time.
