CALENDAR: When creating a new patient file, add the option to add the patient's Identifier 1 and the option "-" or "IFHP" in the Health Card section so users can add numbers like the patients private insurance number or UIC number.

Users responsible for creating new patient files who need to add a patient’s Identifier 1 and/or another identifier that is not a health card number using the “–” option in the Health Card section.

Task affected:
Time required to add this information to a patient file after it has been created.

Impact:
An increased number of clicks to add this information after file creation, as well as the risk that users may forget to add it to the patient file.

Current state:
When creating a patient file, users do not have the option to add the patient’s Identifier 1 or to select the “–” option in the Health Card section. As a result, users must complete the file first and then navigate to the Identifiers section to add identifiers such as a private insurance number or UIC number.
