Enhance the Memo feature to have more personalized options

Ms Sharma contacted us for recommendation to enhance the Memo function with more features, for example have the option to have a memo displayed for specific type of users when creating a new memo, and/or have comprehensive location to open specific type of Memo in different tabs in the patient file depending on the users.

Basically would like to have layered customization related to adding Memo to patient file by selected who can see a memo and where and when the memo is shown, etc.
