Current state:
After removing a patient from a group or list, users must manually remove that patient from all calendar entries associated with the group.
When a patient is added to a group or list, they are automatically included in the patient lists for related calendar entries. However, when a patient is removed from the group or list, they are not automatically removed from those calendar entries.
