Users who have access to the Enrollment section in patient files.

Task affected:
Modify the RAMQ Enrollment Form or add different RAMQ Enrollment Forms specific to certain types of patients.

Impact:
Users are currently unable to update the existing form or add new forms directly in that section.

Current state:

• Forms must be filled out by hand, scanned, and attached to the patient file.

• Alternatively, users must use a dynamic form in medical notes, which may then need to be saved as a PDF, scanned, and attached to the patient file.
