Display patient identifier (pseudonym) when filtering “Information printed / Extracted medical notes” in Audit Log

Reviewing audit logs to investigate Information printed / Extracted medical notes

Impact:
When a dispute or investigation occurs, users cannot identify which patient record was printed or extracted. This limits traceability and complicates internal investigations.

Current state:
In the Audit Log, when filtering by the action “Information printed / Extracted medical notes”, the patient identifier (pseudonym / patient file) is not displayed. Only the action is visible, without a link to the affected patient record.
