Signature doesn't appear on the signed forms and Rx when fax/printing is requested from the banner

When a user wants to print or fax several documents from the patient file using the print button on the top righ hand corner of the banner, all the forms, Rx, etc. while signed in the notes are printed without the signature.

This is especially important for MOAs printing medical files for insurances. This feature is usually well appreciated in demos, our competitors doesn't offer a similar module.

The fact that the signature is not kept on the printed form has a significant impact on MOAs efficiency.
