File number to stay in Patient Banner at all times (ONTARIO AHA)

In summary, the client would appreciate having a patient file number intact in the banner; currently, it disappears when saving anything under the Identifiers tab (update identifier or adding any healthcard) unless they copy-paste it manually from the banner to Identifier 1, which is an irritant.
