RECALL - Being able to view rapidly where you were previously in the recalls list (not having to scroll down)

This was requested by secretaries at cmsk

Context: The secretaries manage the list of recalls of the doctors. They sometimes have a lot to do. When they enter a recall and document that they left a message and Save, the secretaries are brought back to the recall list, but at the top. They have to scroll down and search for where they were at previously.

Request: They would like the page of recalls to remind which recall they were doing and not have to scroll down each time, especially if they were at recalls at the bottom of the list
