Task affected: Document indexing and organization within the "Documents" tab (specifically under Clinical Notes and Consultation Reports).
Impact: Currently, the predefined categories are too restrictive. This leads to imprecise classification or the "over-stacking" of various document types into generic categories. Allowing custom categories would enable clinics to tailor their filing system to their specific specialized workflows (e.g., adding an "Exams" or "Specific Consent" category), significantly improving document retrieval speed for the clinical team.
Current state: Users are limited to the hard-coded default categories provided by MYLE. There is currently no way for a clinic to add or rename categories to match their internal document management standards.
