Currently, navigating from a "No availability" screen back to the "Emergency" section requires multiple clicks and knowledge of the portal layout.

  • Current state: The user receives a message stating there are no availabilities and must manually restart the process or navigate to a different section to find emergency slots.

  • Proposed Solution: Add a direct hyperlink or button (e.g., "Check Emergency Availabilities") on the "No availability" result screen. This would redirect the patient directly to the Emergency/Walk-in booking section of their portal account, reducing clicks and phone inquiries.
