Users would like to have the option to click on the vitals signs in the medical summary to add them to consultation requests.

Dr. Rafik Latif would like to be able to add vitals signs entered in the note to the consultation request he creates from the same note. It is currently possible to attach a document, however, this only gives us access the the vitals for which a graph is created. He would like to be able to add any vital signs he wants to his consultation requests.
