We would also like to know if there could be an option to archive notes that were entered in the wrong file while keeping the original note accessible but not immediately visible unless searched for. Currently, when a note is written in the wrong file, we ask that it be removed and recreated in the correct patient file. However, to comply with CMQ requirements we want to know if it's possible to keep the original entry accessible if needed.

(explained that deleted notes go in Deleted Files and they can reach out to us for specific situations), but currently for them this is not ideal; they would like to be independent with these "tracing" capabilities, and in their view it should be simpler and more user-friendly to have this information directly in MYLE.
