Task affected: Creating a patient reminder for multiple staff members within the Reminders module, and reviewing active reminders within the "Communications / Tasks" tab of the patient chart.
Impact: Medium. The current behavior creates significant visual clutter in the patient file and increases the time required to review active communications, as the same information is duplicated across multiple rows.
Current state: To notify multiple users, the system creates individual reminders for each person. This results in identical multiple rows (e.g., 6 separate rows for 6 users) cluttering the patient's communication history, making it difficult to find other relevant notes.
