CareWay/CoeurWay: Remember window position and size/state for AI Assistance pop-up.

Affected users: All healthcare professionals (physicians, specialized nurse practitioners, etc.) who use the AI Assistance feature during their patient consultations.

Task affected: Clinical Note module — AI Assistance workflow. Specifically, the steps where the user opens the note, activates the AI recorder (consents, starts recording), and minimizes/moves the pop-up to view their screen.

Impact: High repetitive actions. The pop-up currently defaults to the bottom-right corner and a standard size every single time it is opened. This forces clinicians to manually minimize and drag the window out of the way for every single patient to read their note properly. This constant manipulation increases clicks and disrupts the consultation flow.

Current state: The pop-up has a fixed default opening position and size. Users must manually resize/minimize and reposition the window each time they initiate a new recording session, as MYLE does not retain the previous coordinates or state. Users want to open a note, launch AI Assistance, and confirm patient consent. After starting the recording and minimizing the pop-up, the window should automatically return to its last used screen position.
