Retain selected documents in Print Files when users navigate back before completing a print or fax action.

When administrative staff select multiple documents in the Print Files section and proceed with a Print or Fax action, they sometimes realize they need to add another document or perform an additional action before sending.

Currently, if they navigate back to the previous screen, all selected documents are cleared and must be manually reselected. This creates unnecessary work, reduces efficiency, and increases the risk of missing documents.

It would be beneficial to add a Back option that allows users to return to the previous screen while preserving their document selection. The selected documents should remain checked until the print or fax action has been successfully completed or intentionally cancelled by the user.
