PRESCRIPTION - Add a pop up or make alerts from Rx Vigilance more evident

In their previous EMR (PS suite cloud), if there were any interactions when prescribing, the user would get a pop up alert. When the interaction was severe, the doctor often had to click that they aknowledged before prescribing, and even enter their password.

Dr Peter at nhc finds that our Alerts are not evident for the user - she is suggesting a pop up or to move the Alert mention to the top of the prescriptor.
