TASKS - create tasks during the Prescription or Exam request process

Affected users: All healthcare professionals
Task affected: The client would like to be able to create tasks during the Prescription or Exam request creation process without having to exit the process and create the task by copying information from the prescription or the exam request. They would also like to be able to change the due date of tasks after submission.
Impact: To reduce the number of clicks and the process of copy-pasting the same information.
Current state: The user needs to create the task after completing the prescription or the exam request.
