Add a standardized dropdown menu for schools and daycare centers (CPE) in patient demographics

Affected users: Clinic administrative staff, intake secretaries, and clinical coordinators.

Task affected: During patient registration or when updating the patient's demographic profile in MYLE.

Impact: High impact. Without a standardized dropdown list, users type school and daycare names manually. This creates inconsistent naming conventions, typos, and fragmented data, making it impossible to accurately filter patients or generate reliable regional statistics by institution.

Current state: Users manually type the school or daycare name into free-text fields or demographic notes.
