Task affected: REPORTING module — Dashboard and analytics interface. Specifically, accessing real-time ClinicAid billing summaries (such as unpaid/held MSP invoices and cut-off balances) and running custom date-range MSP billing searches per provider or across all providers.

Impact: Significant productivity loss and fragmented financial oversight. Users must constantly leave MYLE and access an external application to track revenue and pending billings between MSP cut-off dates, creating unnecessary friction in daily operations.

Current state: MYLE's native dashboards cannot generate specific MSP billing reports across custom date ranges (e.g., from the day after the last cut-off to today). Users are forced to exit MYLE and log in separately to ClinicAid every time they need to review pending payments or provider totals.
