Faxed Worksafe BC forms should show Faxed icon (green check mark) Form 8 and 11

When created a Form 11 or Form 8, or Worksafe BC form in a new note: even after its faxed out the note doesn't show any sign of it faxed out. The user has to go to the Portfolio > My faxes to actually confirm this. It involved extra clicks and going out of the patient chart and back
