Impact: This action is performed very frequently. Having to manually calculate and schedule sequential long-term reminders (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 2 years) for the same patient causes a significant loss of productivity and increases the risk of omission.
Current state: Currently, administrative staff must manually create each reminder one by one, which is repetitive and time-consuming.
