Task affected: Rescheduling existing patient appointments within the MYLE schedule interface.
Impact: Occurs daily. Currently leads to inaccurate appointment tracking and reporting, as rescheduled appointments cannot be properly differentiated from canceled ones, impacting productivity and patient follow-up metrics.
Current state: As a workaround, users currently mark these appointments as "Canceled by patient" (Annulé par le patient), which distorts appointment history and statistics.
