COMBO - Adjust combo algorithm (no gap in between appointments) when booking from the patient chart

This was requested by fla, who use combos with medical assistants & then doctor a lot

– Task affected: Booking combos from the patient chart

– Impact : When booking a combo from the patient chart, multiple choices are displayed. For their case, appointment with the medical is 15 min and then with the doctor, 15 min. The choices offered also offer combo with a 10 min gap in the middle. Ideally, they only want to see 30 min total and appointments starting at 00, 15, 30, 45 (since appointments with the medical assistant happen every 15 min)

– Current state: They have to be careful in selecting a combo for it to start at the 15' increments in the medical assistant schedule
