Affected users: Healthcare Professionals (Nurses, Doctors, and other task recipients).
Task affected: Managing and updating the status (e.g., "pending", "completed") of group tasks within MYLE EMR.
Impact: Occurs frequently and creates a high risk of clinical errors and missed patient follow-ups. Currently, when a user changes a task status, it simply overwrites the previous status on their line instead of creating a chronological log. If someone reverts a status or changes it multiple times in a group task, colleagues are not notified or aware of the history, causing patients to slip through the cracks.
Current state: There is no effective workaround. The team cannot manually track these status changes and usually only realizes a task was missed or mishandled several days later when reviewing the file in MYLE.
