Impact: High administrative overhead and vulnerability to settings discrepancies. Updating cancellation windows or custom notification text across dozens of services requires repetitive manual input, consuming excessive time and increasing the risk of human error or inconsistent patient policies.

Current state: Clinic administrators must open each service entry individually, navigate to its notification configuration sub-panel, adjust the cancellation window and text content, save, and repeat this sequence for every single service.
