ADMINISTRATION: Dynamically filter Employee selection list by selected Specialty in "Export Time Slot" page

Affected users: Clinic Administrators and Management personnel generating schedule and time slot export reports.

Task affected: ADMINISTRATION module — Services / Combos section > "Export Time Slot" modal/page. Specifically, selecting users in the "Employee" column after applying a "Specialty" filter.

Impact: Administrative friction and wasted time. Administrators spend extra time scrolling through and identifying relevant staff because the list displays all system users rather than narrowing down to staff assigned to services under the selected specialty.

Current state: Administrators must manually sort and select/deselect irrelevant users directly on the "Export Time Slot" page whenever a specialty filter is active.
