Identifier 1 to be used as the file number when a patient is added to a patient group

Affected users: all users managing the groups in Fondation du Dr Julien
Task affected: The client would like the identifier 1 to be used as the file number when a child is added to a group.
Impact: The child is not identified easily by the intervenors.
Current state: In the created patient groups, the file number that appears once the child is added to the group does not match the file number recorded in their profile. The system file number is used instead of the "identifier 1".
