Automatically apply signature when clicking on Print for forms

Affected user(s):
Physicians and healthcare professionals using MYLE EMR who regularly generate or print forms.

Task affected:
When preparing, generating, or printing clinical and administrative forms within patient files—clinical notes.

Impact:
Manually signing each printed paper form or manually attaching an electronic signature every time a form is prepared creates significant administrative overhead, adds redundant clicks, and slows down overall clinic workflow.

Current state:
Users must click on "sign" and then click on "print"—the doctor reported that it's too many clicks.

How it should work:
The user's signature should be automatically added into the designated signature field on the form after clicking Print.
