Add a Patient Portal share button next to documents in tasks

Affected users: All clinic staff (Healthcare Professionals and Administrative staff).

Task affected: Sharing attached documents with patients directly from the task module in MYLE EMR.

Impact: Occurs very frequently. The lack of a direct action button interrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary clicks, reducing productivity during daily document management.

Current state: There is no option to send a document to the patient portal directly from a task, whereas "Print" and "Fax" options already exist. The current workaround requires users to exit the task, navigate into the specific patient's chart, locate the document, and send it to the portal from there.
