Create reusable prescription templates across patient files and users

Task affected: Directly within the MYLE Prescription page when selecting and configuring medications for standard treatments.

Impact: High daily frequency. Prescribers currently waste time manually re-entering identical medication details, dosages, and instructions for every new patient receiving standard protocols, increasing operational overhead and the risk of transcription errors.

Current state: Prescribers must manually recreate the entire prescription from scratch ("A to Z") for each patient, as existing prescription copying is strictly limited to the same patient file.
