MOAs often need to go through the chart and search for a prescription that a clinician may have created using implicit notes.
By default, users with MOA (secrétaire médicale) title, as well as archivists, should have the note configs set to see all notes. This streamlines initial account set up and prevents confusion when these users cannot find the information in the most recent notes.
