Documents - ability to edit -remove certain pages instead of deleting whole document and reupload.

currently if there is 1 page in a document that isnt in the right file and shouldnt be part of the document, user need to remove it completly and reupload a new pdf file without that page.

time consuming- would like to have the ablity to edit the pages when a document is not approved.
